At PDS Health, we believe in creating an environment where our team members can grow and thrive. Few stories embody this spirit more than that of Demi Godina, Regional Manager for South Florida. Her journey from receptionist to regional leader illustrates the opportunity available to all our team members who have the perseverance, passion, and dedication paired with the mentorship that can lead to consistent growth and success.

A Continuous Growth Journey

Demi began her career with PDS Health in 2019 as a receptionist, where she quickly demonstrated her dedication to patient care and operational excellence. She embraced new opportunities, transitioning into roles such as Healthcare Coordinator, Operations Manager, Multi-Office Manager, Specialty Manager, and eventually Regional Manager for the South Florida region.

One of the most pivotal moments in Demi’s career came during Operations Manager Training in 2017, where she connected with a fellow Florida trainee who would later become a key mentor in her life. This mentor challenged and encouraged Demi to strive for excellence, a lesson she has carried forward into her own leadership style.

Building and Leading a Successful Team

As Demi advanced in her career, she took on the challenge of managing two offices in the South Inland Empire region. She partnered with owner doctors to cultivate a culture rooted in servant leadership, teamwork, and an unwavering commitment to patient care. Through these efforts, her teams achieved significant milestones, including:

  • Earning Platinum XPs

  • Attending three consecutive OM Clubs

  • Being nominated for the Office of the Year

While these achievements were rewarding, Demi emphasizes that they would not have been possible without the dedication and passion of the team she had the privilege of leading.

The Power of Mentorship

Recognizing the impact mentorship had on her own career, Demi felt a strong desire to pay it forward. She made it her mission to develop Healthcare Coordinators into Operations Managers and mentor associates who have since become owner doctors. This commitment to helping others grow in their careers has become Demi's driving force and better defined her “why.” This commitment to mentorship is similarly important to PDS Health as we grow and cultivate exemplary team members who share our values.

Embracing the Future in South Florida

Now, as regional manager for South Florida, Demi is committed to creating a culture of patient-centric leadership, professional growth, and team development. Her vision is to create opportunities for others, just as she was given the support and resources to advance in her own career.

Reflecting on her journey, Demi expresses deep gratitude for the mentorships, training, and career opportunities PDS Health provided, offering more than just a job, but a fulfilling career. As her career has grown, she proudly shares her journey with her two daughters to reinforce the power of dedication and perseverance.

Demi’s story is a testament to what’s possible at PDS Health: a long-term career and the development of values-driven leaders who build strong, effective teams. That is our vision, and we’re proud to create a workplace that invests in your growth and empowers you to reach new heights.
