She embraced new opportunities, transitioning into roles such as Healthcare Coordinator, Operations Manager, Multi-Office Manager, Specialty Manager, and eventually regional manager.
One of the most pivotal moments in Demi’s career came during a training session in 2017, where she connected with a fellow trainee from Florida who would later become a key mentor in her life. This mentor challenged and encouraged Demi to strive for excellence, a lesson she has carried forward into her own leadership style.

As Demi advanced in her career, she took on the challenge of managing two offices at the same time.
