Brett Bingham

Brett Bingham serves as President of PDS Health Medical, where he leads the growth, development and management of PDS Health’s medical platform. In this role, he supports primary care expansion, dental-medical integration, value-based care and the development of scalable operating models that improve access, strengthen prevention and support better health outcomes.

With extensive experience across complex healthcare organizations, Brett brings a proven track record of aligning incentives, strengthening provider engagement and building sustainable care delivery models. Before joining PDS Health, he held senior executive roles at Banner Health, where he led provider networks, managed care strategy and physician alignment efforts across multiple markets and lines of business.

His background spans health systems, health plans and medical groups, with deep experience in clinically integrated networks, accountable care models and payer-provider partnerships. In this role with PDS Health Medical, Brett is focused on advancing integrated care models that better connect dental and medical providers while supporting patients, clinicians and the broader healthcare industry.

Brett holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in economics from Brigham Young University.
