Harris Khakwani, M.D.

Harris Khakwani, M.D., serves as Clinical Director for PDS Health Medical, where he leads clinical strategy and care delivery focused on whole-person, connected health care. In this role, he supports the advancement of medical-dental integration by helping connect medical and oral health services to strengthen prevention and improve patient outcomes.

A board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Khakwani brings a comprehensive approach to care that emphasizes early detection and close clinical collaboration. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to patients of all ages and believes in building long-term relationships with patients through preventive care, wellness, and personalized treatment plans. He works closely with dental and medical teams, recognizing the critical role oral health plays in identifying risk and supporting overall systemic health.

Beyond his clinical leadership, Dr. Khakwani is a strong advocate for education and community outreach. He remains committed to lifelong learning and advancing patient-centered models of care that leverage teamwork and evolving best practices.

Dr. Khakwani earned his medical degree from King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan and completed his family medicine residency at Michigan State University, Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies. He has served patients in Arizona since 2009. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine and the American Medical Association.
