Michael Roelandts serves as Vice President of Operations for PDS Health Technologies, where he leads efforts to bring Epic Wisdom and the Mouth-Body Connection® to dental professionals across the country. Through his leadership, PDS Health Technologies supports dental schools, private practices, and large groups in delivering more connected, whole-person care, helping patients live healthier and happier lives.

Michael began his dental career in 2007 and has since played a pivotal role in shaping PDS Health’s operational and technological growth. His first major role as Regional Director for Arizona saw him grow the region from $25 million to $45 million in revenue. He later became Regional Partner of South Carolina and North Carolina, where he built the market from the ground up, establishing 22 practices across the Carolinas in just seven years.

Since joining PDS Health, Michael has helped scale the organization from 110 supported dental practices to over 1,000. He has been instrumental in modernizing the clinical experience by helping implement Cerec CAD/CAM systems across supported practices, positioning PDS as the largest user of Cerec technology in the world. Today, PDS Health is also the first and largest dental support organization fully integrated with Epic, advancing the organization’s mission to bring medical-dental integration to the forefront of everyday care.

A passionate advocate for service and access, Michael was honored with the PDS Foundation’s “We Serve Award” in 2015 for his work with the mobile dental clinic providing care to underserved communities. He also participated in two PDS mission trips to Ethiopia in 2016 and 2019, where he helped deliver free dental care in Mekelle and Hawzen. From 2013 to 2017, he served on the board of CADSAZ, Arizona’s Mission of Mercy.

Michael’s leadership is deeply rooted in mentorship. A graduate of the first Steve Thorne CEO Mentorship Program, he has since mentored numerous PDS team members into new leadership roles. He continues to support the next generation of dental professionals through PDS Health Technologies’ collaboration with High Point University’s dental school.

Michael lives in Fort Mill, South Carolina, a suburb of Charlotte, NC. He’s a devoted husband and father of two daughters. A believer and follower of God, he enjoys traveling the world with his family, most recently on an unforgettable African safari.
