Carolyn Ghazal, DDS

Carolyn Ghazal, DDS is a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. She played a pivotal role as the founding supported dental practice owner when PDS Health was established, helping to lay the foundation for the company’s growth and success.

Today, she owns multiple dental practices supported by PDS Health and serves as Executive Vice President and a member of the Office of the CEO, supporting the clinical leadership team throughout the organization. 

Dr. Ghazal is an active member in the California Dental Association and American Dental Association, and shares her expertise widely through speaking engagements, article publications, and contributions to the advancement of dentistry. Additionally, she serves as a board member for the PDS Health Foundation, furthering her commitment to dental education and philanthropy.
