Danielle Ecklund

Danielle Ecklund serves as Senior Vice President of People at PDS Health. In this role, she leads strategic functions that support the company’s team member experience, including People Services (Compensation and Benefits, HRIS), Organizational and Talent Development, Recruiting, Events and Recognition, University Relations, and the PDS Health Foundation.

Since joining PDS Health in 2011, Danielle has held several leadership positions across the organization. Most recently, she led efforts within the company’s specialty dental support organization, helping to drive growth and operational excellence across specialty practices. Today, she plays a critical role in advancing the company’s long-term talent strategy, helping deliver on the team member promise and supporting the continued expansion of a high-performing workforce.

Danielle earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
