Joanna Rodgers

Joanna Rodgers serves as Executive Vice President and a member of the Office of the CEO at PDS Health. In this role, she helps shape and sustain the organizational culture, ensuring it reflects the company’s vision and supports the needs of a dynamic and growing workforce.

Joanna’s career with PDS Health spans from the organization’s early years to its current evolution as a leader in integrated health care. She has held a range of leadership roles, including Director, Vice President of Operations, and Regional Partner. Her operational expertise and people-centered approach have made her a trusted advisor across the enterprise. 

Today, Joanna supports administrative leadership across the organization and oversees both the Marketing and Communications teams. She also serves as Chairman of the Board for the PDS Health Foundation, helping guide its mission to improve overall health through service and access to care. 

In addition to her role at PDS Health, Joanna is a member of the Board of Fellows at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
