Jon Thorne

Jon Thorne serves as Executive Vice President and a member of the Office of the CEO at PDS Health. In this enterprise-wide role, he provides strategic oversight for all operational leaders across the organization and helps align execution with the company’s long-term vision.

A founding team member, Jon has been instrumental in the growth and evolution of PDS Health since it was established in 1994. His deep operational expertise and collaborative leadership have helped shape how the organization supports clinicians and delivers consistent results across markets. 

Throughout his tenure, Jon has held several key leadership positions including Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and most recently, Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations. In these roles, he has overseen a wide range of departments including owner doctor partnerships, real estate, de novo, construction, the PDS Health University, clinical quality, procurement and purchasing. 

Jon attended the University of California, Santa Barbara.
