Chief Financial Officer, PDS Health

Taylor Hawes serves as Chief Financial Officer at PDS Health, overseeing all aspects of the organization’s financial operations.

Since joining the company in 2019, Taylor has played a key role in driving financial discipline and strategic growth across the organization. He guided PDS Health through the financial challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, helping improve operating free cash flow and laying the foundation for long-term, profitable growth. Under his leadership, the company achieved record-breaking performance in 2021, reduced its debt load, and made significant investments in platforms that support clinicians and promote oral-systemic health. In early 2024, he led a successful recapitalization of the company, which earned high ratings from both Moody’s and S&P.

Prior to joining PDS Health, Taylor held several executive roles at Microsoft Corporation. He led financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives, developed pricing and valuation models, and delivered business intelligence systems that supported more than $2 billion in strategic partnerships with major technology companies.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both California and Washington. He is a lifetime member of Financial Executives International, where he served as Chairman in 2014, and serves on the Advisory Council of the International Accounting Standards Board. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for USC’s Leventhal School of Accounting.
