As we move into 2026, we are building on an extraordinary year of progress. In 2025, PDS Health surpassed $3.1 billion in annual revenue for the first time, marking an important milestone in our continued growth.
This achievement reflects the strength of our model and our commitment to advancing integrated care that helps clinicians deliver better outcomes for their patients. It also reinforces our long-term vision for connecting oral health and overall health through dental-medical integration.
Expanding Integrated Care
In 2025, 77 new practices were added to our nationwide network, including four primary care offices. We also welcomed 83 new practice owners, strengthening clinical leadership across the country.
Across our network of more than 1,100 total practices, clinicians provided care during 7.5 million patient visits last year. Each visit represents an opportunity to identify risk earlier, coordinate care more effectively, and support healthier, happier patients.
The healthcare landscape continues to move toward more connected models of care. PDS Health has long advocated for this shift, grounded in the understanding that oral health directly impacts overall health.
That commitment extends to the next generation of clinicians. PDS Health Technologies established partnerships with the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, and Roseman University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine. These collaborations introduce training, research, and clinical experience that introduce dental students to integrated care models early in their careers, helping prepare the next generation of clinicians to advance dental-medical integration.
We also invested in SOTA Cloud, a secure cloud-based imaging and diagnostics platform that practices will begin implementing this year, strengthening access to advanced, proven technologies that support clinical decision-making.
Our Culture of Service
Serving our communities remains a core part of who we are. In 2025, PDS Health team members provided $32.9 million in donated care services to more than 10,000 patients worldwide, alongside 110,000 volunteer hours serving communities through healthcare outreach and service projects.
Our 15th annual Serve Day reflected that commitment. Team members contributed 74,000 volunteer hours, delivering healthcare services valued at more than $20 million. Since 2011, Serve Day initiatives have delivered over $94 million in donated care to underserved populations.
Our team members also traveled to Guatemala to serve patients at the PDS Health Foundation Clínica Dental, providing dental and medical care while supporting projects that benefit local families.
Additional efforts included raising $1.9 million for charity: water, and partnering with KABOOM! to complete the organization’s 21st playground build.
Through support of the PDS Health Foundation™, more than $1 million was raised last year to expand access to dental care for patients with special needs and support specialized clinician training in special needs dentistry.
Looking Ahead
The progress made in 2025 reflects the dedication of each and every PDS Health team member. Together, we are strengthening collaboration between oral health and medical providers, expanding access to care, and continuing to advance integrated health care.
As we look ahead, PDS Health remains focused on building a future where dental and medical collaboration leads to earlier detection, more coordinated treatment, and better outcomes for every patient.
