Our Stories > Team Member Spotlights

At PDS Health, we know oral health is directly connected to overall health -- often in ways that go unnoticed. We're committed to helping people understand this connection, and we’ve seen the difference it can make. The story of our team member, Dashe'a Flukers, shows how integrated care can change lives.
At PDS Health, our mission goes beyond providing exceptional healthcare support, we’re committed to creating a workplace where growth, learning and innovation thrive. This commitment comes to life through the journey of Margaret Domingo, Director of Field Marketing Support. Her story reflects our dedication to recognizing potential and supporting team members as they reach new milestones. A Culture of Ownership and Empowerment Margaret joined PDS Health in 2010 as an operations manager, bringing her drive, passion and commitment to excellence. From the very beginning, she felt encouraged to take ownership of her role and embrace a culture of continuous improvement. “PDS Health wasn’t just a place to work; it was a place to grow,” Margaret reflects. “I was given the tools, mentorship and freedom to innovate and expand my skills.” Her early years were marked by an environment that championed learning and leadership. Through hands-on experience, Margaret honed her expertise in operations, marketing and team leadership, preparing her for a series of career advancements. A Career Built on Opportunities and Development Margaret’s dedication to excellence, along with PDS Health’s ongoing investment in team member development, has shaped a career marked by growth and leadership. Over the years, she has advanced from regional manager to regional marketing manager, then senior manager and now serves as director of field marketing support, overseeing field marketing on a national scale. Each step has brought new challenges and new opportunities to lead with impact. “PDS Health invested in my success through mentorship, training programs and leadership development,” she shares. “Each position allowed me to build my capabilities while contributing to the company’s success.” Our approach to professional development ensures that team members are equipped to succeed today and prepared to grow into future opportunities. For Margaret, that has meant building both strategic insight and operational expertise. These are skills she now applies in leading a national team. The Power of Support and Determination As Margaret celebrated her 15-year anniversary with PDS Health, she also celebrated a major personal milestone: the completion of her Executive MBA. This accomplishment was made possible through PDS Health’s tuition reimbursement benefit, a program designed to support team members in achieving their educational and professional goals. “Balancing work, study and being a mom of three young kids was challenging but knowing that the organization valued my growth motivated me to persevere,” Margaret says. “I’m proud to have completed my Executive MBA, a testament to what’s possible with the right support and determination.” Tuition reimbursement is just one example of how PDS Health invests in team members. By making education more accessible and rewarding, we help ensure they have the tools to grow in their careers and in their lives. A Legacy of Mentorship and Excellence For Margaret, the journey doesn’t stop. Inspired by the mentorship and support she has received, she’s committed to guiding others and helping them grow in their own careers. “The company’s culture of investing in people has shaped my career and enriched my life,” she says. “I’m excited to continue paying this forward by mentoring others and driving excellence in all that we do.” Margaret’s story is a testament to the impact of a workplace that prioritizes individual growth and development. By creating a culture that encourages learning and development, we’re shaping leaders who are committed not only to their own success but also to the success of those around them. “Thank you, PDS Health, for believing in me and for creating a workplace where growth and learning are valued. Here’s to many more years of success, learning and impact!”
At PDS Health, we believe in creating an environment where our team members can grow and thrive. Few stories embody this spirit more than that of Demi Godina, a regional manager in Florida. Her journey from receptionist to regional leader illustrates the opportunity available to all our team members who have the perseverance, passion, and dedication paired with the mentorship that can lead to consistent growth and success.
When Dylan Weber, DDS reflects on his career, he often jokes that he has three full-time jobs. One is caring for patients. Another is mentoring and educating fellow clinicians as a Regional Clinical Leader for PDS Health’s Massachusetts Region. The third is serving the profession through organized dentistry.
For many dentists, practice ownership represents the opportunity to build a team, shape a culture and deliver care according to their values. Brooke Kovinsky, DDS, achieved that milestone in less than a year. Her journey from associate dentist to practice owner highlights how mentorship, leadership and opportunity can accelerate professional growth.
